Mecmûʿa-i eşʿâr (Yapı Kredi Sermet Çifter Research Library Y-410) (Review, text and classification according to MESTAP)

Mecmûas are important in terms of being source works in terms of literary history. However, the poems of poets that are not included in their divans are found in Mecmûʿa. Uncovering these poems provides information about the literary tastes and likings of that period. In this study, the transcription and analysis of the poems between the pages (1a-45b) in Mecmûʿa-i Eşʿâr registered in Yapı Kredi Sermet Çifter Research Library numbered Y-410 were carried out. This Mecmûʿa is a manuscript work consisting of 45 leaves and written in taʿlik calligraphy. The copy and copy date of the work is unknown. The poems in Mecmûʿa-i Eşʿâr are generally in the 15-18th century. It belongs to the poets who lived between the 19th century. Among these poets; ʿAbîdî, Ahdî, Azîzî, Bâkî, Behiştî, Beyânî, Cenâbî, Cevrî Çelebi, Cihânî, Emrî, Figânî, Firâkî, Gâzâli, Hâfız, Hâmidî, Halîlî, Hayretî, Hilâlî, Hüdâyî, Kamî, Kudsî-zâde Mehmed Şeyhî Efendi, Lâmiʿî, Latîfî, Levhî, Meylî, Misâlî, Muhibbî, Murâdî, Necâtî, Nefʿi, Nevʿî, Nizâmî, Rahmî, Revânî, Riyâzî, Sâdık, Sâʿi, Selîmî, Tabʿî, ʿUlvî, Vâlihî, Yahyâ, Zâtî, Zînetî In the Mecmûʿa; There are 81 ghazals, 10 eulogies, 6 müfreds, 4 müseddes, 3 history, 3 kıt'a, 2 rubâi, 1 muhammes, 1 koşma, 1 terci-i bend, 1 terkib-i bend. The form and content features of the poems in Mecmûʿa were examined and the transcription of the text was included. The poems in Mecmûʿa were compared with the divans of the poets and the differences were indicated in the footnotes. In the study, after the translated text of Mecmûʿa, registered in the number Y 410, is given, its classification according to MESTAP is given.
