Abstract (EN)
Clinical studies on lymph node negative breast cancer;Shows that %90 of these patients are candidates for adjuvant chemotheraphy. However in %70 of these patients lokoregional surgery can cure. According to these studies the patient choice for the systemic chemotherapy which is given only to %30,Can find indications with %85-90 according to St. Galen or US National Institutes of Health consensus.The application of excess chemotherapy or eventhough it is rare the formation of metastasis because of the lack of chemotherapy is because of the deficit in the sensitivity and specifity in the clinicopathologic prognostic factors which are the indication criterias for adjuvant treatments.Using the micro-array method in the identification through gene profile expression of each case in breast cancer, around %80 sensitivity and specifity is reported in the sense of metastasis.In our clinic, the cell cultures of breast cancer patients were processed; and the gene expression profiles of the patients were created using the PCR Array gene scan kit. With the results it is observed as a good step for the routine usage of new predictive factors and personalization of the treatment in breast cancer.
