Abstract (EN)

Hewlett Packard manufactured memristor circuit elements at the nanoscale level following Chua L.'s discovery of the memristor element and his prediction of the existence of circuits termed Meminductor and Memcapacitor. Based on them, memelements with diverse capabilities and the capacity to perform in various working circumstances are constructed. In this study, three different floating memcapacitor circuits are proposed. These circuits have electronically controllable property and these circuit's active elements except voltage multiplier circuit are employed as CMOS circuits. In order to show that proposed memcapacitor circuits can work under different conditions, the simulation results which worked with varied frequencies, different supply voltages, different ambient temperatures and Monte-Carlo analysis are contained. Moreover, due to these memcapacitor circuits are floating, this research examined serial and parallel linked memcapacitor characters. Additionally, memory simulation results and the experimental investigation of third memcapacitor circuit that was previously prepared in a research publication is presented in this study.
