Kirkkilise registers in Meşihat Archive Ulema Registry

In my thesis, where the topics such as the examination of the Ottoman Science organization, the training of the ulama, the training, the appointment criteria, the azilleri were examined, information was given about ulema, qadi and naiblik. The issue of naiblik, which is thought to have deficiencies and defects in the research and evaluation of the qadilik, which is one of the important representatives of the Ottoman scientific organization, and the Ottoman ulama has been detailed. In the examination of the subject, 113 documents belonging to five different people belonging to the Kırkkilise regency, from the provincial organization as a region, were scanned and transcriptions of these documents were made. The civil servants in the administrative, military and scientific fields of the Ottoman Empire and the provincial nâibs were examined on the basis that the Ottoman provincial organization was not sufficiently studied. While there was supporting information about qadi, one of the important representatives of the Ottoman judicial organization, it was determined that not enough work was done on the registries who carried out the representation of the provincial organization on behalf of the qadi. In our studies, especially the Meşihat Archive Ulema Registry Files were used. The regency, which was examined as the assistants and representatives of the women in the provinces, accelerated and facilitated the work of women in the provinces in the conduct of judicial and administrative affairs.
