Doç. Dr. Mehmet SARIMesihi-i Tebrizi who lived in the 17 th century, was an Azerbaijani divan poet, has gothis own divan and mesnevi. He wrote his divan with the Cagatay Turkish.At the poems in hisdivan, he usually manipulated the subjects as, love and suffer, sufizm, complaint of the time,eulogy and fahriye. At his poems we can see the effects of Nevayi and Fuzuli.In this Higt-Graduate Thesis work we tried to explain Mesihi-i Tebrizi?s life andWorks according to his life, written Works, personality in literary and examinetion of hisdivan.And at the part of the ?Personality in Literary? we had a look at the persons whoeffected him by the shope and the contents and we introduced the speciman.After forming thetext of divan with the new letters, we noted the result, the index and the sources with theirabbreviations.In divan text which was transcribed with new letters, we can find poems written byvarious types and shapes.They consist of a saki-name formed of eightythree couplet,twentythree couplet of two mesnevi, terci-i bend formed of seven partys, müseddes with sixparts, three tahmis, ten tuyuğ, onehundred sixtyone gazel, nine quatrain, onehundredthirtythree rubai, twelve matla and three müfred.
