Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the perception management of the administrators and the organizational climate perceptions of the teachers according to the opinions of the teachers working in the vocational and technical Anatolian high schools located in five provinces in the Western Black Sea Region. The universe of the research consisted of the teachers of vocational and technical Anatolian high schools located in the provinces of Bartın, Bolu, Düzce, Karabük and Zonguldak. Personal information form, executive perception management scale and organizational climate scale were used in the study, in which quantitative correlational survey model was used. SPSS Statistics 22 Package Program and Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Program were used for the analysis of the obtained data. As a result of the normality analyzes made after the descriptive analyses; Since it was determined that the data were not normally distributed, Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis H and Spearman Brown Rank Difference Correlation tests, which are non-parametric tests, were applied. According to the findings; Teachers' views on perception management dimensions of school administrators "most of the time"; organizational climate, supportive principal, restrictive principal, sincere teacher and inter-collegial collaborative teacher behavior views are "generally"; commanding principal and indifferent teacher behavior views are at the level of "sometimes". Significant differences were found in the views on the dimensions of managerial perception management in terms of seniority in the school, the location of the school, the number of teachers, the number of administrators, and on the organizational climate dimensions in terms of gender, branch, professional experience, seniority at school, number of teachers and number of administrators. While a positive and high-level relationship was found between perception management and organizational climate, a strong relationship was found between perception management dimensions and supportive principal behavior, and a moderate relationship between sincere teacher and inter-collegial collaborative teacher behaviors. A negative relationship was found between the dimensions of perception management and the restrictive principal and indifferent teacher behaviors.
