Abstract (EN)

The composite material, or two more, will be combined to form a new material with better properties than its own. For aerospace industry, light industry, its abrasiveness can be increased in light industry. In this study, metal and non-metal materials were brought together to produce high-strength and low-strength materials. Today, perhaps in industrial and space, to continue for help from these vehicles from unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) or unmanned vehicles (UAV), for studies for small, high-strength material studies. How long is the usage time in the exterior and interior parts. Metal and non-metal are made, composite material production61 can be formed by combining Al T4 with polyxamethylene adipamide (nylon), monofilament. Fabric fabrics are equipped with 300x300 mm hardware and FM73 hardware is used for models. The formed matrix and reinforcing material was placed in a 1200 C, pressed by 0.28 MPa and left for 120 minutes for complete curing. The created composite plates are cut according to ASTM D412 (American Society for Testing and Materials) standard and sample samples. Samples can be drawn by examining and comparing mechanical properties. Adipamide has been observed next to the worn loads and transports made with metal-polyhexamethylene, metal-monofilament, metal-metal mixtures.
