Abstract (EN)

In this research, rigid polymers were synthesised via emulsion polymerization technique. Methacryloly chloride (MA-Cl) as a monomer and trimethylolpropanetrimethacrylate (TMPTMA) as a crosslinker were used for the synthesis of the polymers. Then three different catalysts were prepared by modification of the synthesised polymers with 5-(4-aminophenyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrinato iron (II) chloride, 5-(4-aminophenyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrinato manganase (II) chloride and 5-(4-aminophenyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrinato copper (II) chloride. Oxidation reactions of 3,4-dimethoxybenzylalcohol as a lignin model compound were investigated in the presence of tert-butylhydroperoxide (t-BuOOH) and synthesised metalloporphyrin catalysts. Km and Vmax values of the catalysts were determined and given in the tables.
