Abstract (EN)

This thesis includes calculation, desing and manufacturing prototype of a fully automated, efficient atmospheric heat treatment furnace that could eliminate faults coming from heat treatment processes and provides homogeneous heat distribution. The prototype furnace, will work according to the control algorithm obtained from the heat treatment and the metallographic experiments (microscopic structure, hardness test, tensile test, spectrometer analysis, etc.) by TTT (time-temperature-conversion) diagrams of steels. The pros of the project from other heat treatment furnaces are planned as follows: Thermal homogenization. The process is completely automatic and easy to use (easy to use, even for those without heat treatment experience and knowledge). Thermal efficiency.
