Abstract (EN)
TUSAGA-Active system, which started with the project support of TUBITAK in 2006 and was completed in 2009, is a system developed to determine real-time instantaneous point positioning. The control center of the system stores the 1-second data coming from the stations that make continuous observations according to the 24-hour principle. These data are evaluated together with network calculations and corrections, and location information is calculated in cm order in real time. In this thesis, the effects of meteorological changes on the location information of TUSAGA-Active (CORS-TR) Stations were investigated. For this purpose, KURU, SINP, BOYT, CORU, CANK, CMLD, KRBK, KSTM stations, which did not change their station location from 2009, when CORS TR system started to operate, until 2020, were selected. Seasonal normal values of Kastamonu province covering the years 2016-2020 of the KSTM station were examined in terms of temperature and precipitation. These values were determined using the MEVBIS data of the General Directorate of Meteorology according to the minimum, maximum and average value criteria. For the calculations, RINEX data in IGS standards for 5 years, 12 months and ten days of the 11th and 20th of each month between the years 2016-2020 of the station points were used. All calculations were performed by using Leica Geo Office v8.x. The KSTM station was taken as unknown and adjusted based on other station points. The velocity estimation calculations of the KSTM station were made and its coordinates in the ITRF96 2005.00 epoch were calculated. The calculated coordinates were compared with the current ones of the TUSAGA-Active Stations in the same epoch and examined in separate categories depending on the annual, monthly, temperature, precipitation and seasonal parameters. In the analyzes made, it was tested with the statistical method that all the measurements were compatible
