Detection and analysis of the places Imameyn opposes in the ibâdât and muamelât departments of the Mevlâl's Muhtar

In the work al-Muhtar, which is the subject of the study, mostly Abu Hanifa's opinion was given. Both of Imameyn's, or only one of them opposed Ebu Hanife, were satisfied with their nickname. In some cases, it has explicitly included the views of Abu Yusuf or Imam Muhammad. Sometimes it is not the author's nickname, even if it is a dispute. In Ibadat and Muamelat sections, we tried to explain the views of Imam Mevsilî, which he pointed out with his nicknames, by identifying the views of İmamayn and giving some of the arguments to them. By using the works belonging to the Hanafi sect, we have identified some places where there is no nickname in case of disagreement. In this section, we identified 190 issues, 147 of which the author puts in his nickname, 43 which he did not put in case of dispute. The study was conducted as an introduction and in two parts. In the introduction part, the work which is the subject of the work is introduced with Müellifi, the three imams of Hanefi mezhebin who are subject to study. In the first part, the views of Imameyn in the places where the Mevlılar is located and the places where the atifft is not mentioned in the second section but in fact the opposition of one or both of these two imams is known. In this study, Abu Hanifa was taken to the center and the opposition of Abu Yusuf or Imam Muhammad to Abu Hanifa, which was in opposition to him, was determined.
