Abstract (EN)
In The global world, as soon as conditions of the poors have not been changing, thissituation getting worse and worse. Like everybody, poors also want to improve theirprosperity and to save Money for their future. However, conditions of the developingworld do not always let this goal.The states intending to support of poor people have many aplications. By means ofthese aplications, States plan to lessen of proportion unemployment but succesfullypractices has been got up to nowThe aim of this work is to explain of the failure reasons of the micro financeaplications in Kyrgzistan Repuplic. There are many opinions about micro finance thatis the most succesfully way for supporting of the poor people. This system has beenput into practice nearly all over the world and most of establishment and govermenthas been supporting this system for interested in poors.Micro finance credits leads approximitaly 30 years in the world and bye means of thislong period, it is thought that poor people will calm domn in monetary. Transactionof the credit has two sides. Succesful of the micro credit has been measured withreturn proportion and this sides has been neglected. Thus,the question of if the creditis useful for usershas been neglected. This work is aimed to find answer of thisquestion.
