Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to transcript the mecmua registered in the Millet Library, Ali Emiri Collection Mnz.579; therefore, to compare and analyze it with the published divans. This study consists of three main parts after the introduction. In the first part, the description, orthography and content of the mecmua are reviewed. In addition, the biography of the poets in the mecmua are given, and the verse forms and meters of their poems are analysed. In the second part, Mestap Table consists of the page numbers, the latinised poems with the poet pseudonyms, matla and makta bend/couplets with their verse forms, numbers, meters, titles, rhymes and redifs. In the last part of the study, the method followed in the text are examined, and the manuscript is transcripted. In sum, we seek to reveal the importance of the mecmua and its contribution to the published divans; hence, this study contributes to the Classical Turkish Literature studies from so many perspectives.
