Abstract (EN)
At the present day the relationships of the same-sex partners is recognized under cohabitation, registered partnerships and marriage in several legal systems. These relations of the same-sex partners are institutions which are not regulated under Turkish law. However, conflicts with the foreign element and arising from such relations may be brought before the Turkish courts. The problems arising from the relations of same-sex partners having a foreign element and their resolutions in Turkish private international law constitute the focal point of this dissertation.
