Guardianship of child in international family law

One of the most crucial topics of International Family Law is the Guardianship of child. Therefore, the issue of Child Guardianship in Turkish International Family Law has been selected and examined. In this study, the international authority of the Turkish courts, the determination of the law to be applied and the recognition and enforcement of the foreign court decisions regarding the guardinship of the child have been tried to be dealt with in matters concerning the issue of guardinship of the child and the issue of guardinship and the execution of guardinship.
