Abstract (EN)
To raise Turkey, we need to do to remove the high civilization level, Mustafa Kemal loyal to Atatürk's principles and reforms, the motherland and loving the nation, is to educate the young generations working for the country without losing their own identity and culture. The most important institution that will ensure this is the Ministry of National Education. The education started in the family continues with the support of educational institutions throughout life.
