Özet (EN)

Conservative politicians, who could not find the intellectual environment they wanted in right-wing parties after 1965, started to work to create an alternative to the Justice Party by uniting the Nation Party, Republican Peasant Nation Party and New Turkey Party. However, since these parties could not come together, the establishment of a new party came to the fore. Necmettin Erbakan, who took initiatives to strengthen Anatolian capital in his various positions in the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges, was asked to become the Chairman of the newly established party. Erbakan accepted this offer and gathered the group he led under the name of National Vision Movement (ideology). Before the party establishment process, independent candidates with the National Vision ideology, called the Independent Movement, participated in the 1969 elections. Among this group, only Konya parliamentary candidate Necmettin Erbakan entered the National Assembly as an independent. With Erbakan's entry into the Parliament, the process of party formation accelerated and the political structure was formed with the establishment of the National Order Party, the first party of the National Vision Movement, on January 26, 1970. After the closure of MNP following the March 12 Memorandum, the National Salvation Party was established on October 11, 1972. The National Vision Movement, which played a key role in the Coalition governments to be established with the 48 deputies it won in the 1973 general elections, had its first experience of power with the CHP-MSP coalition established in January 1974. In this process, it was assigned to state positions for the first time, the Cyprus Peace Operation took place and peace was ensured in the society. General Amnesty law was enacted in its name. He was a coalition partner in the 39th and 41st Turkish Governments, which were established after the CHP-MSP coalition ended in November 1974 and were also called the Nationalist Front Governments due to the polarized political atmosphere of the period. During these periods; Projects were produced to realize Heavy Industry moves, the foundations of many factories were laid, and the number of Imam Hatip secondary schools was increased. During these periods, the country experienced its most tense periods due to the increase in right-left polarization. Key Words: Heavy Industry, National Vision, MSP, Necmettin Erbakan, Coalition
