National Library number 06 MİL YZ A 2552 the Journel of poetry (Review, text and to MESTAPs classification)

The subject of this thesis is the poetry collection numbered 06 Mil Yz A 2552 registered at the National Library Manuscripts Collection. After the collection was introduced, it was examined in terms of form and content. Those whose poets were identified among the poems in the collection were scanned in the available sources. The poems identified in the divan poetry and biographies were compared and the existing differences were indicated in the footnotes. In the study, the centuries in which the poets lived, the preferred verse forms and meters are shown in tables. The MESTAP table of the transcribed collection was created. 205 poets whose poems are included in the collection, which is thought to be written in the 18th century, were identified. 5 of them are not included due to lack of certainty. Of the poems found in the collection, 670 are in Persian, 1 in Arabic and 932 in Turkish. It has been concluded that the collection was created in line with the literary taste of the author. Therefore, it is thought to shed light on the literary taste of the period.
