This study covers the examination of the poems that includes Mecmûʿa-i Eşʿâr which consists of 135 fixed pages in the National Library Adnan Ötüken Collection 06 Hk 984 registration number. There is no information about the writer and the date is writen to the magazine. Many of poems in the magazine belong to the poets in the 16th and 17th century. Also, there are some poets who belong to the 15th and 18th century. When it is considered those terms about poets, it is said that the magazine was written in the early of 18th century. The magazine consists of 537 poems which belong to 94 different poets. The magazine, shows feature a kind of anthology that consists of "gazel, kaside, kıta, muamma, musammat, song, balad, ilahi" etc with "nazım" types. When the magazine is getting prepared, divan poems (which is reached to the divan) is considered. And the parts out of the magazine are found out with the postscript by detailing the differences or lacks. The study occurs in three chapters. In the introduction parts, it is told that the place of our literature and signifiance of the magazine. The first part consists of, by describing the magazine which is about our thesis, defining with charts of poems, poets and rythms. The second part consists of transfering to the latin alphabet by using the transcription letters of the magazine.
