Abstract (EN)

The idea of protection has always been throughout history since the historical artifacts, which have carried out the traces of cultural heritage from the past to the next generations, have been worth protection in every age. The idea of protection, which began to take shape in the 18th century, developed on the theoretical foundations towards the end of the 19th century and has achieved theoretical frameworks and standards in the 20th century; Initially, after the 1964 Venice Regulation, the Council of Europe became possible with the principles and regulations published by international organizations such as UNESCO and ICOMOS. These organizations have identified some concepts in order to reveal effective solutions for the protection need of the age in the protection and restoration of historical monuments and to make correct interventions. When we look at the concept of protection of contemporary rhetoric theory, the concept of 'Reversibility (reversibility) çek draws attention. However, in many principles and regulations, from protected areas to industry heritage; This concept, which has been adopted in a wide range from building material to its structured order, has only remained in the definition as a literature information that it should be. In the second part of the study; The concept of recyclability and the areas in question are summarized in tables at the end of the department. In the last part of the study, the parameters required to describe this intervention to be reversible to historical structures are defined and summarized in tables to the extent to which the applications made in accordance with these parameters can be recyclable.
