Abstract (EN)

This study made available after long years of teaching information technologies and programming modules where lack of computing classes signified importance of education environment. It was developed in an extensive period of time to address this shortcoming experienced first hand. Despite the high importance given to information technologies by government in Turkey, education system should also be addressed in a way that computing class environments and materials are provided at the required level by government in this era of technological breakthroughs. This paper proposes a model which it believes to be the most efficient low-cost option available. Equal opportunity for our students will be only possible by serving them education environments developing modern age has to offer. Hybrid IT class has been designed for Information technology and programming modules to respond our age's requirements. This study is based on application phase of the project.
