In this study, the application of Sendax Mini Dental Implants that can be easily applied by every dentist, is examined in a clinical environment. The most important advantage of Sendax Mini Dental Implants is the immediate loading opportunity which is the subject being in demand last years in Oral Implantology. One of the most important feature of this technique is the procedure of this system requires no flap reflection ( flapless ), not found in other mini dental implant system and types. Beside these advantages, they can be used only in ossified alveolar bones. Because of being economic and easy in application, the mini dental implants are getting more requested as the days pass by.There are some important points that have to be paid attention in the application of this technique also in preoperative period and at the time operation is being done. It is possible to reach the high success rates only if these principles in application are carefully followed. In establishing the success of mini dental implants, the Periotest device is used and the periotest values are obtained between + 13.8 and + 18.2 in the mini dental implants that are accepted as successful. From the results taken from this study, the success rate of Sendax M.D.I system is found % 89.6 and it seems that the Sendax M.D.I implants can be applied in clinics with high levels of success.
