It was aimed to investigate the effects of 8 weeks proprioreceptive training on various motor abilities in schoolboys wrestlers. 20 licenced schoolboys category wrestlers voluntarily participated to the study. Participants were seperated as experimental and control groups, each were 10. All measurements of participants were taken as pre-test and post-test in this order: Body mass, height, sit and reach, flamingo balance test, leg strength, back strength, hand grip, long jump with double feet, sit-ups and shuttle run test. 45 minutes of proprioreceptive training three days a week were applied to control group for 8 weeks. Data were analyzed in SPSS 22.0 package program by Independent Samples t Test and ANOVA. It was concluded that proprioreceptive training had significant effects on development of various motor abilities in schoolboys wrestlers.
