Abstract (EN)

In this study, effects of sympathetic-parasympathetic balance change in patients diagnosed with myocardial ischemia have been obtained by using advanced spectral estimation methods. Presence of an effective and decisive parameter is investigated by comparing obtained results with people who have normal sinus rhythm. Spectral analysis methods, discrete wavelet transform and wavelet packet transform are used to analyze HRV records of people diagnosed with myocardial ischemia and normal sinus rhythm. Sempatovagal balance values have been computed and compared for both groups. In addition to analysis of the whole LF and HF bands, all nodes correspond to LF and HF bands have been detailed by using windowing method to identify dominant bottom interval for the disease. Wavelet packet transform analysis of all windows have presented specific frequency range for patient group. The distinctive points between people with normal sinus ritm and diagnosed with MI have been identified by using sempatovagal balance values.
