Abstract (EN)
Due to rapid globalisation, businesses are forced to operate under more difficult circumstances everyday. When it is believed that be the human factor is the biggest factor in business' success or failure, this situation is reflected to employees. The high performance of employees is desirable in terms of businesses. Time to time, employees are exposed to mobbing in cases where employees are emotionally injured or remain under pressure because of insensitivity of management and their performance are decreased. At the end of the 1980 Heinz Leymann defined by "mobbing" phenomenon is becoming a major problem for businesses. Mobbing can cause devastating results that no individual and no one ignore the organizational problems. Hence, in this study, it is intended that reveal whether the engineers, registered to the Chamber of Ankara Civil Engineers and working in a institution or business, have exposed to mobbing and effect the job performance of employees in what direction. Data collected with questionary technique have analyzed with SPSS 18. At the end of analyses, it is determined that self-realization and communication, social relations, reputation attacks, life and job quality which are elements of mobbing have not correlation and effect with employee peorformance, there is negative correlation with another element employee health. Hence, it is found that employee health affect to employee performance.
