Abstract (EN)

Under today's economic conditions,sucess of the organizations that segment result remains incapable in global competition condition.For this reason,unlike its competitors, during the producing product and servise, they need strong organizational culture including mission, vision, moral and principle. On the other hand, organizationsare faced with many problems in work environment too.Personnel inconsistency and unhealthy job-working atmosphere endanger existence of the organizations. For this reason, in recent years, in psychology of management department putting personnel first, their social need and employee personal rights etc. ıssues become even more important and be the subject of investigations. Mobbing behavior that include systematic, insulty repression,unjust expression and behaviors originated in many reasons. And it occurs almost in organization without sex discrimination. The aim of the study to provide guidance to victims and managersin order to prevent mobing and determine the relatioship between mobbing and organizational culture. The study consists of three parts. İn the first part the concept of mobbing, its history definittion causes are examined in terms of theoretical framework and struggle techniques with mobbing are come up. İn the second part cultere concept of organizational culture, elements which compose organizational culture are identified and models are explaned in forming the organizational culture. İn the third part, relationship between organizatinal culture and mobbing are analyzed by a practice in Dumlupınar University and findings are construed with results.
