Dirigisme and discipline in modern time utopias

Mankind is a being who adopted social life style in general. Every kind of production which is exposed in this context is allocated under the name of "Culture". All products of human societies including, from their languages to their scripts, from their clothing styles to food habits; from their traditions, customs to their political and juridical systems are considered in this context. While each of the different human societies are sustaining their own cultural traditions, occasionally conflicts and sometimes interactions and synthesizing are formed. Writing - as being one of the most important elements of the culture which belongs to the human beings - is an important tool in restricting many other cultural components and in transferring them to both other societies and future generations. As for, art, is the general name of the cultural works which are produced in order to address to the esthetic pleasures in human beings. In this case; literature appears as the written products which are made in order to address to the esthetic pleasures in human beings. As all other cultural elements of the social life, Art and Literature are in the scope of science of sociology. In order to be interested in these subjects within the science of sociology; the sub-branches of "Sociology of Art" and "Sociology of Literature" are formed. At the same time, the sense of reaching to the better and the more beautiful one which always exists in the creation of human beings brought the same searching to the agenda in social life area; therefore the projects of an ideal society arose. These mentioned projects which are named as "utopia" and which are almost produced in written way in literary type are the subjects of science of sociology from the point of view of regarding social targets and sometimes affecting the social reality as being a source of inspiration for the dynamics which have role in the course of social life. The parallelism - between the ideals of the authors of Utopia in directing &controlling (dirigisme) social life in every details starting from the ideal society models which they attained personally; and the ideals of the understanding of modernism which developed by the leadership of the Western World in order to be in vanguard to the evolution of the humanity and including the whole humanity in the same process in directions of the absoluteness which they attained - is very interesting.
