Abstract (EN)
In this study, the place of Ibrahim Nasrallah in terms of Modern Jordanian literature is discussed. A poet, novelist, film critic, painter and photographer Ibrahim Nasrallah is one of the most widely read novelist in the Arab world. In the introduction part of our study, which consists of an entrance and three sections, an overview of Jordan's political and cultural history is given. In the first part of our study, Modern Arabic Literature was examined in a basin surrounding Jordan. Meanwhile, literary activities in Egypt, Syria, Lebanon and Palestine are summarized. In the second chapter, the works in the field of poetry and prose in Jordan are handled one by one with the most important figures. In the third chapter, the life of Ibrahim Nasrallah was discussed and his works were informed and his novels were examined in detail. In addition, in the Modern Jordanian novel, the place of Ibrahim Nasrallah, his literary personality, the writers he was influenced and the awards he was given were given.
