Özet (EN)

In this research, the relations of the Hârzemshahs State with the Mongols and especially the struggles it gave during the period of Celâleddin Hârzemshah were discussed. The subject was limited between the years 1097-1231, which is the foundation date of the Hârzemsahs State, and the struggles in the period of Genghis Khan and Celaleddin Hârzemshah were examined in detail. The reason why we deal with the research is that there are studies about the events that took place before and after the arrival of the Hârzemshah in Anatolia and the reflections of this to our day in the studies conducted by this state. The Mongolian invasion, which destroyed the Islamic world, and the great massacres in the Kharzemshahs State enabled the people who migrated from this region to come to the surrounding countries, especially Anatolia, to experience cultural interaction. There is a need for research and examination in terms of the cultural history they created in Anatolia. In this respect, it is one of our aims to contribute to the studies on the history of the Hârzemshahs State. In this research, the study was completed by making use of the primary sources and secondary sources of important authors such as Ibn al-Athir, Cüzcânî, Al-Juwayni and Nesevî. While examining the research, the conditions, developments and effects of the period during the period from the establishment of the Hârzemshahs State to its collapse were taken into consideration. The result obtained in the research is as follows: The Hârzemshahs State became the their of this state by filling the gap that emerged after the collapse of the Great Seljuk State. It has managed to dominate a wide geography extending especially to West Turkestan, Khorasan, Iran and Azerbaijan. Hârzemshahs, the Turkish-Islamic State XII. In the 19th century, it had a very bright period in its region. However, the Mongol invasion, which started during the reign of Alaeddin Muhammed and increased its violence during the reign of Celaleddin Hârzemshah, deeply affected Turkish history, and as a result of strategic mistakes, the Hârzemshahs State was destroyed in 1231 and disappeared from the history scene.
