Abstract (EN)

Various methods and algorithms are developed because deformations of objects are obtained that being correct in real time as physical. Simulation applications widely are realized by using the Mass-Spring System and Finite Element Method. The objects that will be deformed are modeled as surface or volume such as human organs, animation characters. Triangles are generally used for surface modeling. This modeling method doesn't consider the volume information and its results don't realistic. Tetrahedral geometric shape is widely used in the modeling methods that take account to volume information.Molecular modeling technology is a method that rapidly works and produce realistic internal forces but it is developed for surface modeling. In this thesis, molecular modeling algorithms is modified for use in deformations of objects that modeling as volume, new force functions are obtained, they are used for deformation algorithm.New algorithm is used for deformation of different objects and simulation that pleasing to the eye to come and the results that are more recently to real are obtained . While the new algorithm is compared mass-spring system and surface modeling, although it is made a concession about speed, simulations in real time can be made .Key Words Deformation, Mass-Spring System, Molecular Modeling ,Tetrahedral Model
