Abstract (EN)

In this study, the determination of crude fiber of not only the value of the corn grains produced in all regions of Turkey NIR calibration is intended to establish for the first time. Within this scope, a total of 320 corn samples taken from 7 regions of our country were taken. Spectra were collected separately from all of the ground corn samples. Calibration studies were carried out for the corn samples for which the Soxhlet-Henkel reference analysis was carried out. As a result of the obtained calibration, calibration set r = 0.6853; r2 = 0.4696 and Standard Deviation = 0.4917. In the case of the hydration set r = 0.5894; r2 = 0.3474 Standard Deviation = 0.5142 values were found. When the calibration interval is 1.966, the validation interval is determined to be 2.044. As a result; In this study on samples from 7 regions of our country, it has been shown that satisfactory calibrations can be produced by working on 500 or more samples in FT-NIR for grain corns having a wide variation in raw cellulose content.
