Abstract (EN)

In this study, maize kernels produced in different regions of our country for the first time in NIR calibration for the determination of the oil level is targeted at the creation. For this purpose, totally 320 corn samples were obtained from 7 different regions of Turkey. After grinding, spectras were obtained from each samples. Then, samples were analyzed crude fat by Soxhlet-Henkel method. There was occured regression parameters that is r=0.6853; r2= 0.4696 Standart Deviation = 0.4917 for calibration sets and r=0.5894; r2= 0.3474 Standart Deviation = 0.5142 for validation sets. Also, the range of calibration sets was calculated as 1.966 and the range of validation sets was calculated as 2.044. In conclusion, the results were shown that there are some potentials for building a satisfactory crude fat calibration on corn grain samples which was obtained from seven different regions of Turkey.
