Abstract (EN)
This research was investigated to determine a NIR calibration in the direction of the NDF value of a total of 320 (three hundred twenty) corn samples taken from seven different regions of Turkey. The corn samples used in the study were purchased and brought to the laboratory from the ones where corn production was intense in Turkey. The corn samples brought to the laboratory were ground and the spectra were taken. NDF analyzes were then carried out using chemical substances in the laboratory. The calibration set generated is r = 0.3353; R2 = 0.1124 Standard Deviation = 3.4691, r = 0.3447 from the validation set; R2 = 0.1188 Standard Deviation = 3.1730 values were obtained. In this study, the calibration interval was 5.415 and the validation interval was 6.538. As a result, with this research, there is a need to work with more samples in order to give scientifically correct results of NDF calibrations in FT-NIR device in corn, representing all regions of Turkey.
