The transcription and assessment of the book entitled the project of the Turkish Alphabet with Modified Letters

In this study, transcription and examination of the Ottoman text Mu'addel Latin hurûfiyle Elifba-yı Türkî Projesi [Turkish Alphabet Project with Modified Latin letters] written by Istepan Karayan was made about the necessity of switching from Arabic to Latin alphabet. In the book written by Karayan, which is the subject of our study, the new Turkish alphabet is explained on various grounds that it is the simplest and easiest Alphabet to learn. In the light of the transcription of this book, a detailed research has been carried out on how to develop a national Alphabet project.
