Abstract (EN)
Biogas, an important biofuel; it is a clean, environmentally friendly and efficient energy obtained by processing all kinds of organic wastes. With this study, 5598874,15 GJ energy potential was calculated throughout Mugla Province. 5598874,15 GJ energy potential is equivalent to 1555242819,54 kWh of electricity, and with the acceptance of 253 kWh monthly electricity needs of the average household, 6147254 households will be able to meet their electricity needs for one month. The electricity needs of 512271 households for one year can be met with this potential.
