Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this research; It is aimed to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and fraud tendency of professional accountants. In the first part of the study, errors and fraud in accounting are explained, in the second part, concepts related to job satisfaction are explained, and in the third part, the relationship between job satisfaction and fraud tendency is tried to be revealed through our research. For this purpose, a survey was administered to 374 professional accountants. As a result of the analysis, a negative significant relationship was determined between job satisfaction and cheating tendency. In addition, it is seen that the cheating tendencies of the professionals do not differ in terms of demographic characteristics such as age, gender, professional experience and professional title.
