Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine the problems experienced by dependent and independent professional accountants during their activities and due to the nature of their activities and to determine whether the identified problems change according to demographic variables. For this purpose, 538 volunteers participated in the survey questionnaire, created in the scope of data required for research and operations in Turkey, including dependent and independent members of the accounting profession. The findings revealed that the dependent and the independent accountants both had problems and some problems differed according to demographic variables.
