In this study, firstly, the physical and diplomatical features of the Mühimme Register number 143 are introduced, then the orders of the aforename Mühimme Register are analyzed and the whole book is transcripted. The Mühimme Register number 143 contains vital information about incidents which occurred, both internally and externally, in Ottoman Empire between 1 June 1736 and 14 December 1737. The orders concerning the Austro/Russian-Turkish War (1736-1739) are foremost among these ones. There are also many documents on the subject of the agreement signed with Iran in 1736.
