Muhimme-i Mektume Register, Nr. 1 (1203-1207/1788-1793) (analysis and transcription)

The first book of the Muhimme-i Mektume Register have been containing the verdicts which had been discussed in the Divan-i Humayun between December 1788 and August 1793 (Evâil-i Rebiülahir 1203 - Evâsıt-ı Muharrem 1208) in a secret manner. In a sense that the verdicts which are decided to remain confidential, it appear as a verdict serial which contains spesific words such as 'mektûm' and 'mahfî' much more than other Muhimme Registers. Although this aspect is different from Mühimme Registers, Muhimme-i Mektume Register protects their value about being the primary source that will shed light on the mentioned part of the Ottoman History.
