Muhitttin Birgen is a figure who lived between the years of 1885-1951 and who is an educator, man of letters, writer, thinker, journalist, the member of cooperative, and politician. We have done this study author Muhittin Birgen's wrote that "New Literature" of Arab letters.The study consists of four chapters. The first chapter is on the lifestory of Muhittin Birgen. Following the elaborate information on his life, his masterpieces widely known today was mentioned. In the second chapter, there is a translation of his masterpiece called ?New Literature? into the Latin alphabet. In the third chapter, there are original versions of Muhittin Birgen?s ?New Literature? in the Arabic alphabet. In the last chapter, his masterpiece was assessed.
