The testing (imtihan) in the surah Mumtahanah

The Master thesis we worked on named "The Testing (Imtihan) in the Surah Mumtahanah" has been examined in the framework of Surah Mumtahanah with considering the integrity of The Quran. In this work the basic concepts related to The Testing in The Quran have been determined and the types of the Testings that people have faced from The Quran are included. Regarding the Surah Mumtahanah that we have limited our thesis; has been tried to give information about name of the surah, revelation (nüzûl) time, revelation reason, relations with other surahs by doing extensive research. The Testing Muslims with others inspected under the title "The Testing (Imtihan) in the Surah Mumtahanah" with respect to The Quran in the examples of various prophets starting from The Prophet Adam to The Prophet Muhammad (Sm.). In terms of to shed light on the present the Testing of The Prophet Muhammad (Sm.) and sahabah examined in detail with splitting into Mekka and Medinah periods and focused on the Testing with others of todays Muslims. Our researchs aimed to be a guided study to the Testing in case of our individual or social contact. In our work various ayahs from The Qur'an are included, many tafsir sources have been consulted because they related with the topic and its aimed to give the reader a broader perspective.
