Abstract (EN)
In this study, general average adjustment is examined under the Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6102 and the York Antwerp Rules 2016. The general average act that results general average adjustment is analysed. Insurances of ship and cargo have been included in the scope since general average adjustment determines liability of parties.
