Abstract (EN)
The private pension system; for you to be comfortable in retirement individuals throughout the study period which allows you to save on a regular basis to complement the social security system, regulated by law and that has been encouraged through the recognition of tax benefits to investors investing in a future system. For employees to be able to live in peace and prosperity in the future the correct way to give direction to the retirement planning and savings. Especially in old age individuals, the escalation of health care costs is inevitable. According to a study by Eurostat, in the EU in 2060 the population constitute approximately one third of persons over the age of 65, and 65 years and above who worked for one of every two people will be there. This situation would be a huge burden on the economy and it is considered that the social security system. In this study, Customer Relationship Management, in the context of the application in the private pension system, pension funds and individuals who are members of the company they work aims to measure their satisfaction about the company's practices.
