Abstract (EN)

Basic aim of SME (Small and Medium size Enterprise) policy is to presentedby the European Union a certeain number of fund and fund supports to SME ( Smalland Medium size Enterprises) in member nations fort he purpose of providing anequitable competition environment.A portion of fund and fund supports of the EuropeanUnion have been opened to use by Turkish SME?s in the process ofnegotiations.However; as per status a certain number of problems are existing aboutSME?s to use fund and fund supports of the European Union.Problem of our research isbarriers upon benefit from E.U. funds by Turkish SME?s.Basic aim of the research is to present resolutions of suggestion in the courseof gaining the ağabeylity of competition to SME?s in a short time and research of thereasons of not to benefit from fund and fund supports in the process of the E.U.negotiations and micro-grade companies is constituted very important portion of SME?sin our country and to contribute to studies on this subject.Within the scope of research;in the process of negotitions, it was emphasized on E.U. fund and fund supports laterthe issues are stated about benefit from the E.U. fund and fund supports and alternativeresolutions have been researched in order to benefit Turkish SME?s from the E.U.funds.n the context, to benefit from the E.U. fund and fund supports; it is requiredto furnish information to SME?s about the E.U. funds, to organize, Research andDevelopment and technology development institutions, to provide intraorganizationalcooperation, to structure SME?s with the and Development and technology developmentinstitutions by common contributions of the universities, TUBITAK ( The Scientificand Technological Research Council of Turkey) , KOSGEB and trade associations andto execute studies of the E.U. SME?s-oriented in indicated centers. n this way; in orderto benefit from E.U. fund and fund supports, information, coordination and integratonof Research-Development which necessary criterions will be provided.
