Abstract (EN)

This research was carried out with the aim of determining the similar and different aspects of the methods used by the educators in the measurement and evaluation practices of the Musical Hearing Reading and Writing class which was taught in the Department of Music Education in Faculty of Fine Arts Education. Within the scope of the research, the content of MİOY course in Teacher Training Undergraduate Programs of Education Faculty was examined and resources were scanned and the directive was sent to all Musical Hearing Reading and Writing lessons trained in education faculties. Twenty-eight educators from nineteen universities participated as volunteers in the work done. In this descriptive study, which is based on the survey model, the data obtained by qualitative research techniques were transformed into numerical data by working with a specialized statistician in the field. After the findings were interpreted, the essential suggestions were done by the light of expert opinions. Within the scope of data, it is seen that through the courses of musical hearing, reading and writing, the trainers perform different pratices and these pratices are not depending on certain standards. In this research, it is aimed to propose a solution for this problem. Keywords: Musical Hearing, Solfege, Musical Writing, Music Theory, Music Education.
