Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, YBCO superconductor which doped Nd instead of Y, have been produced by using the method of solid state reaction. The compounds which have been the form of Y1-xNdxBa2Cu3Oy (x=0.0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 1.0) have been prepared. The effect of electronic and magnetic properties of YBCO composite contribution of Nd were investigated. It was seen, Tc values of YBCO superconductor rised with doping Nd and material which doped Nd showed paramagnetic-diamagnetic phase transition. All examples are based on the intensity of current critical magnetic field variation was observed in the peak effect or fishtail behavior. It also was seen irreversibility field of YBCO rised with doping Nd.
