Abstract (EN)

Necîb el-Kîlânî is one of the prominent figures who left a significant mark on modern Arabic literature. After Napoleon's invasion, Egypt came under the influence of French culture, becoming the first Arab country to come into contact with Western nations in a literary sense. Through students sent to the West, the literary, cultural, and artistic aspects of the West were introduced to Arab society. In this context, Egypt played a pioneering role in shaping modern Arabic literature. This situation also led to the emergence of literary genres that had not previously existed in Egypt. The author studied in this work, Necîb el-Kîlânî, is primarily known for incorporating historical events into his stories, drawing inspiration from Islamic history. In this regard, the Egyptian writer Necîb el-Kîlânî made significant contributions to modern literature, particularly in the field of Arabic storytelling.
