Abstract (EN)
The study is about Neil MacCormick's Institutional Theory of Law. The theory aims to justify the claim that law is an institutional normative order. In this direction, the position of Neil MacCormick in the contemporary discussions of the philosophy of law has been revealed. Subsequently, the theory of the philosopher was analyzed with the concepts that he brought to the philosophy of law literature.
