The transformation of white-collar workers in the frame of globalization and neo-liberalism: A study on teachers that working in private university preparation courses in Nazilli

The main purpose of this research is to analyze the transformation of white-collar workers with aspects of marketing educational system with the teachers working for private courses and neoliberalism and globalization. The data used in this research are acquired by teachers who are working for private courses in the department of university preparatory classes for 3 years at least. The interview is made face to face individually. The type of acquiring the data is applied with questionnaire and interrogation forms. Quantitative data are analyzed with percentage and frequency technics and depicted with charts. Qualitative data are analyzed with common comments and separated comments about the topic. The data are reported with lots of parameters like comments of applicants, numerous researches and many resources. The results show that teachers in private courses have lots of trouble in view of working conditions. Especially absence of job-security, intense working hours, low wages, social security and ignorance of self-rights affect those teachers negatively in socio-economic life. Also these reasons give rise to a pessimistic life aspect for the future. The process affecting the working conditions of private courses' teachers is aimed to be revealed by analyzing the data in the light of numerous factors, the expressions of applicants and numerous resources.
