Mankind has been in a constant struggle for dominance and power with nature since the first moment he started to live on earth. In this struggle, sometimes nature dominated man and sometimes man dominated nature. In the early periods of history, nature had a distinct effect on human beings. In this period, human beings did not interfere with nature and tried to maintain their existence within the existing system. For the first time BC. Thanks to the Neolithic Revolution that emerged in the Fertile Crescent region around 10000 BC, mankind managed to create an impact on nature by destroying this system. Thanks to this revolution, which started a series of irreversible events in the history of humanity, humankind made a physical intervention to nature for the first time and transitioned from a consumer society structure to a productive society structure. Of course, this situation has not only affected human nutrition, but also has been effective in laying the foundations of today's civilization with its results.
